Our first meeting with you is free of charge and without any obligation.
This meeting is designed to establish if we can help you achieve your financial objectives and more importantly if you'd like us to work for you.
.
If you then decide that you want us to provide advice there will be a cost for our services:
.
Initial Advice Fee
.
We charge an initial advice fee for the advice, recommendations, and processing of asset backed investment products
eg. savings, investments, pensions, etc.
.
This fee can be paid as either a % of your investment, a fixed fee, or an hourly rate - you choose how you wish to pay us.
.
.
.
Application Fee - Mortgages & Equity Release
.
We charge a mortgage application fee when we apply to a lender for you.
This is only charged after we have completed all the initial work and obtained confirmation that the lender is willing to lend to you in principle
(subject to final underwriting).
.
If you decide that you don't wish to proceed with our advice and make a mortgage application then no fee is charged.
.
We also will likely receive a procuration fee from your chosen lender.
This procuration fee will be paid to us directly by the lender at no cost to you and only once your mortgage or equity release has fully completed.
